Terms of Service

1. The service
Nullwire provides a WireGuard-based VPN service. You register an account, subscribe, and add devices that connect to our VPN nodes. See our Privacy Policy for what data we do and don't collect.
2. Accounts
You must provide an accurate email address to register. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One person or entity per account.
3. Billing and subscriptions
- New subscribers get a 14-day free trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, your card will be charged automatically for the first billing period.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled.
- You can cancel anytime from your Billing page — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.
- Refunds: [REFUND POLICY — decide and fill in, e.g. "no refunds for partial periods" or "refunds available within X days of a charge, contact support"]
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Nullwire to:
- Violate any applicable law
- Distribute malware, conduct network attacks, or attempt unauthorized access to other systems
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications
- Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
- Exploit, harm, or attempt to harm minors in any way
Because of how this service is built, we don't monitor or log your connections or traffic — we generally have no visibility into what you do with the service. That doesn't change your obligation to follow these terms, and it doesn't shield illegal activity from law enforcement acting through other lawful means.
5. Abuse reports
If we receive a legitimate abuse complaint about traffic from our network (e.g. an attack, spam, or copyright complaint), we may need to act on it — for example, by working with the relevant node's infrastructure provider or, where necessary, suspending the specific account or device involved. Because we don't keep connection or traffic logs, we generally cannot identify which of our users was responsible for a specific past event; we can only act going forward, on new information.
6. Service availability
We do our best to keep the service reliably available, but we don't guarantee uptime, and the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VPN connectivity depends on factors outside our control, including your own network and the networks the service routes through.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the Billing page, which immediately revokes all your devices. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including the acceptable use section above.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nullwire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. [This section should be reviewed and finalized by an attorney — liability limitations are jurisdiction-specific and this is a placeholder, not final legal language.]
9. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
[GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION — fill in based on where your business is legally established; this should be set with an attorney's input.]
